A visit page with timings and an embedded map for walk-ins, and a mobile product page with a sticky buy bar for everyone else.
Overview.
House of Ajmera is a home decor and essentials store in Bhilwara, Rajasthan. The storefront is deliberately the smallest version that still delivers the whole shopping journey: browse, filter, add to cart and check out.
The 92-piece catalogue lives in typed data, so there is no database to run. Orders are written to a Google Sheet through an Apps Script webhook, and the store confirms the order and takes payment personally over WhatsApp.
What stood out.
- 01
A catalogue that is easy to run
Products and nine categories are plain TypeScript, so adding a piece is a copy and paste. Pages read through a small data layer, so a database can replace the file later without touching a page.
- 02
Built for how customers buy
Product pages state pay on delivery or UPI, a 7-day exchange and 2-4 day dispatch up front, with a sticky buy bar, a mobile bottom nav and a WhatsApp enquiry on every piece.
- 03
A design system with a point of view
A warm gold and maroon "Royal Heritage Textile" theme, serif headings and gentle Framer Motion keep a practical catalogue feeling like a boutique.
