Overview.
Aspen Dental Care is a family-run, single-surgery practice in a Victorian building in Royal Tunbridge Wells, offering private and NHS care. The site needed to feel as calm and personal as the practice while answering what patients ask before they pick up the phone.
It is a hand-coded multi-page site: services and treatments, a transparent fees guide with finance options, patient resources with downloadable forms, a blog of long-form guides, and an appointment request form reachable from every page.
What stood out.

Answers before the phone rings
Services, treatments, a price guide with clear starting prices and Denplan information sit one click from the home page, so patients can decide with confidence.

Calm, trust-first design
Serif headlines, a green and navy palette and an accreditations strip for the GDC, CQC and Denplan set a reassuring tone, with extra care shown for nervous patients.

Choice respected
A cookie banner lets visitors reject non-essential cookies or accept all, and remembers the choice between visits.
